{Bairro Alto}

We arrived in the late afternoon in Lisbon. After having a shower in our holiday apartment (Principe Real quarter) to combat fatigue, we followed our hosts recommendation and got a Merienda in that new snack bar near our apartment. Refreshed and full of excitement we started to explore the nearby Bairro Alto area. It was Sunday around 5 pm, and Bairro Alto have not woken up yet.

Lisbon: golden light,  elegant, timeless, poetic and picture perfect from every angle. Just few words that comes up when I think back of Lisbon. My bestfriend said to me: resistance is useless. This city will enchants you. I believed her and it was true. Lisbon, you are my soul city. And you know, I will going back to you.
